78 parts for a Danish player in the defence industry. Special requirements for the heat treatment – we handled that too. The customer name is not published.
42CrMo4 rings for Everllence
Forged, rolled and turned rings in 42CrMo4 / 1.7225 for Everllence – formerly MAN Diesel SE – for the production of piston rings. Part of an ongoing partnership.
34CrNiMo6 to Ø580
Large shafts where 42CrMo4 could not hold the core. We switched to 34CrNiMo6, heat treated to Ø580 and sawed to part lengths the turning shop could take directly.
Induction bending for district heating
Pipe sections bent to the route, so the site saved elbows and welds. Certificate on both pipe and bend.
