You do not have to buy a whole bar. We cut the quantity you need – even a single piece. Small quantities – no minimum charge.

Programme – what do you need?

• Round bar – cut to size in Q&T, structural and stainless grades
• Plate – structural, pressure vessel and S690QL, cut to drawing
• Tubes – seamless and welded. Fittings type B, flanges, coating and InduSeal
• Structural steel – non-alloy S355 and C45, alloy 42CrMo4 and 34CrNiMo6
• Special steel – quenched and tempered, case-hardening and spring steel: 42CrMo4, 16MnCr5, 51CrV4
• Stainless – 304, 316L, 1.4404 and duplex in bar, plate and tubes
• Special alloys – nickel, duplex and high-temperature grades: bar, plate, tubes and accessories
• Tool steel – mould, cold-work, hot-work and HSS
• Pressure vessel steel – PED, P265GH, P355NH and documentation
• Forgings – rings, discs, blocks and shafts, also in large diameters, heat treated and turned to size
• Heat treatment – quenching and tempering (+QT), hardening, normalising and stress-relief annealing

Non-alloy and alloy structural steel, tool steel and stainless. Search by name or W.Nr. – 42CrMo4 / 1.7225, 34CrNiMo6 / 1.6582, Sverker. The commercially most important grades are in the material database; typical diameter and thickness ranges are in the dimension programme.

Bar steel and cutting to length

Round, flat and square bar via European partner stock – cut to your size. Band-sawn to fixed length so the first clamping is square.
