INDUSTRISTÅL A/S is the link between European mills and your CNC machine. Round bar, plate, tubes and stainless – cut to your size with EN 10204 3.1 on every delivery.
What we supply
Bar, plate and tube in the grades that machine building, process and tooling actually buy. We source from European partners – not a local rack of every dimension.
- Round bar – rolled, peeled and bright drawn. Cut to the length the CNC machine needs
- Flat bar – flat and square bar for parts that are milled rather than turned
- Plate – structural, pressure vessel and S690QL, cut to drawing
- Tubes – seamless and welded. Fittings type B, flanges, coating and InduSeal
- Structural steel – non-alloy S355 and C45, alloy 42CrMo4 and 34CrNiMo6
- Stainless – 304, 316L, 1.4404 and duplex in bar, plate and tubes
- Special alloys – nickel, duplex and high temperature: bar, plate, tubes and accessories
- Tool steel – mould, cold-work, hot-work and HSS
The grades we supply most often
S355 and C45 for structures. 42CrMo4 and 34CrNiMo6 for shafts. 16MnCr5 and 18CrNiMo7-6 for gears. 304 and 316L for process and food. Every grade has its own page, searchable by name and W.Nr.
Semi-finished parts – not just bar
A steel supplier that only ships full lengths leaves the swarf with you. We saw, drill and heat treat, so the first clamping is closer to the finished part.
- Sawing – band saw to fixed length so the first clamping is square
- Deep-hole drilling – through-boring of special steel to size in Ø18–850 mm and up to 20 m
- Boring – tubes and bushes out of bar, when the part would otherwise become swarf
- Heat treatment – +QT, +N, annealing and hardening to the drawing's requirements, together with the steel
How we work – a stockholder with a telephone
The mill first: we secure the material at European partners before we promise delivery. Dimension, condition and certificate must fit – not the other way round. Size and documentation: sawing does not change the condition; a +QT certificate follows the cut piece. 3.1 is standard. 3.2, DNV, ABS and TÜV are ordered before the material leaves the mill. Delivery in Denmark: the goods travel with Danish hauliers – export lorry, crane lorry or container. We also respond to enquiries in English.

- What do you supply as a steel supplier?

- Do you hold steel in stock in Denmark?
- No. INDUSTRISTÅL has access to extensive partner stock through our European partners. Stock status, dimensions and lead time are confirmed on enquiry.
- Do you cut to size – and is a certificate included?
- Yes. Band saw to the length the drawing or CNC machine needs. EN 10204 3.1 is included and costs nothing extra. 3.2 and classification societies are ordered before we secure the material.
- What should an enquiry contain?
- Grade (name or W.Nr.), form, diameter or cross-section, length, quantity and delivery condition – +QT, +N or as rolled. Also state certificate requirements and whether the bar is to be cut.
