Machining as semi-finished parts

What we take on

Cutting to fixed length, deep-hole drilling and through-boring of round bar and special steel, boring out of the core, heat treatment (+QT, +N and annealing) and induction bending of pipe. You receive steel and machining together in one delivery.

Pre-machined and finish-machined parts – milled and turned to drawing

When the job requires more than a raw saw cut, we also supply pre- and finish-machined steel parts to technical drawing – including face-milled blocks and plates, milled pockets and fits, and turned and deep-hole drilled machine components. The combination of raw material, machining and any heat treatment gives you one overall responsibility and parts that are ready for assembly or the final finishing operation.

Services

• Sawing – band saw to fixed length so the first clamping is square
• Deep-hole drilling – through-boring of special steel to size, Ø18–850 mm and up to 20 m
• Boring – tubes and bushes out of bar, when the part would otherwise become swarf
• Heat treatment – +QT, +N, annealing and hardening to the drawing's requirements, together with the steel
