Flat bar for milled parts
Flat bar is the right starting point when the part is rectangular and turning makes no sense. We cut to length and can cut to width, so you do not mill half a tonne away.
Grades
S355J2 for welded lugs and plate substitutes in bar. 42CrMo4 and C45 for machine parts. Stainless 1.4301 and 1.4404 for process and food applications.
Cut to length and width
We cut flat bar to the length the drawing needs and can cut to width, so the blank is close to the finished part before the first milling operation. State grade, cross-section, length and quantity in the enquiry.
