HOFOR A/S – DN800 for a Copenhagen power plant
In summer 2019 we handled the machining, quality assurance and delivery of two highly critical spool pipes with associated DN800 special flanges for HOFOR A/S and a major power plant in Copenhagen. Material P355NH, DN800/PN40, DIN EN 10028-3, Vd-TÜV 354/1, AD2000-W9/W10. Certificate EN 10204/3.2 TÜV on everything. 100 % ultrasonic/NDT after production. M52 bolts and nuts in 25CrMo4 were included. The components form part of the respective large valves and secure the operation of the heat supply to Copenhagen.
Step-bent half pipes
Half pipes, step-bent and bevelled, so the casing pipe can be replaced without interrupting the existing connection. To size, up to Ø2500, 18 metres and 30 mm wall. CITY2 is an example: district heating was kept running while the liner pipe was reinforced.
