P265GH / 1.0425 pressure vessel steel
P265GH is a non-alloy pressure vessel steel with Werkstoffnummer 1.0425 to EN 10028-2. GH means the steel is suitable for elevated temperature in boiler and apparatus construction. It is not S355 – the certificate and the PED route are a different purchase. INDUSTRISTÅL supplies plate and tube, cuts or saws to size and ships with EN 10204 3.1. P355GH when the yield strength has to go up within the same GH family. P355NH when EN 10028-3 governs. 16Mo3 when molybdenum has to hold the strength at temperature.

Chromium, copper, molybdenum and nickel are limited as residuals. Not an alloy boiler steel.
Heat treatment
Boiler plate is traded to EN 10028-2. The condition is stated on the certificate – not as a QT shaft purchase.
Machinability and weldability
Yes, as pressure vessel steel. Procedure and the PED route are governed by the plant, not by an S355 certificate.
Delivery condition and dimensions
Typical plate enquiry 10–40 mm. No automatic thickness pages.
Sawing and machining
Cutting of plate to size, and sawing when the form is bar or tube. State thickness, format and certificate. We do not create a page per 30 mm.
Certificates and documentation
EN 10204 3.1 as standard. PED, 3.2 and classification society are ordered when the PO requires it. We do not write S355 on a boiler certificate.
