Special alloys for process and high temperature
When 316L or 2205 is not enough, it is nickel, super duplex or a heat-resistant alloy the drawing actually specifies. We source it from European mills – bar, plate, tubes and accessories – cut to size and ship with 3.1. It is a delivery programme, not a stock statement.
Delivery programme
Typical envelope via European mills: nickel, duplex, heat-resistant, highly alloyed stainless, cobalt and titanium. The list is delivery possibilities – not a stock statement and not a ceiling for each grade. Send grade, form and sizes, and we tell you what can be secured for the specific job.
- Nickel alloys – corrosion and heat when stainless ends. 825, 625, 718, C-276 and neighbouring grades
- Duplex and super duplex – strength and chloride resistance together. 2205 as the volume grade, 2507 when PREN must go further up
- Heat-resistant stainless – furnaces, flue gas and process heat: 253MA, 310S and 800H
- Highly alloyed stainless – when 316L pits: 904L, 6 % Mo and precipitation hardening
- Cobalt and titanium – on request. State UNS, ASTM or W.Nr. and we tell you what the certificate can carry
Forms
Bar, plate, tubes, fittings, flanges and welding wire. Bar when the part is turned. Plate and coil when it is cut. Tubes with fittings and flanges when the plant has to fit together. Welding wire when the filler must match the alloy – not 316 wire on a 625 seam.

Processing
Sawing, waterjet and laser on request. Bar is sawn. Plate is cut – saw, waterjet or laser – at the European suppliers that actually hold the material. We do not promise a machine shop in Copenhagen for every cut.

What it is not
It is not 304 and 316L for food – that sits under stainless. It is not quenched and tempered steel and tool steel – that is special steel. And it is not a certificate we have issued ourselves for aerospace or NORSOK. The certificate comes from the mill. Cobalt and titanium we take on when UNS or ASTM is stated on the enquiry and the mill can carry it.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you supply Alloy 625, 718 and C-276?
- Yes, on request. The nickel alloys are in the programme together with duplex, 800H and 904L. State form and dimension – it is not a stock statement.
- Do you hold nickel alloys in stock in Denmark?
- No. The material is secured at European mills. We saw or cut to size and ship with 3.1.
