Supply programme

Typical envelope via European works: DIN/EN Ø12–Ø2000 mm, ASME 1/2–60″ (Ø15–Ø1524 mm). EN 10253-2/4 type A and B · ASME B16.9. 2D, 3D and 5D. 45° · 90° · 180° · other angles on request. Intermediate sizes and heavy walls when the standard series is not enough. The list is supply options – not a stock statement.

DIN/EN

Seamless and welded butt-weld fittings Ø12–Ø2000 mm. Wall to standard. EN 10253-2 for carbon and alloy steel, EN 10253-4 for stainless. Type A and B. Same source as the pipe when the route is specified in millimetres.

ASME and forged

Butt-weld 1/2–60″ (Ø15–Ø1524 mm). Forged fittings 1/4–4″, outlets to 24″. Stub ends when the collar has to sit loose. Same order when the plant is specified in inches.

To drawing

Boring and end machining to Ø610 mm. Turned special parts to Ø480 mm – reducers, tees, caps, crosses and Y-pieces from solid material. Bar and blanks to Ø360 mm when the part is turned from solid. End preparation to ISO 9692-1, DIN 2559 or ASME B16.25. Elbows are cut to the angle the route requires. These are supply options via European works – not a machine shop in Copenhagen.

PED and certificate

The manufacturers are PED 2014/68/EU approved. Minimum EN 10204/3.1 on every delivery. 3.2 and TÜV when the plant requires it – ordered before we secure the material.
