Pressure vessel steel with documentation
When the steel forms part of pressure equipment, it is PED, EN 10204 and traceability that govern the purchase. Here we gather what has to be in place before we order plate or tube – chemistry and mechanics are on P265GH, P355GH and P355NH.

Boiler grades, tube for heat and pressure, flanges and the documentation a notified body expects. We do not charge extra for 3.1. 3.2, DNV, ABS and TÜV by job.

The documentation on a pressure order
Standard, condition, tests and any third party must be on the enquiry before we lock in the plate or tube at the mill – a 3.2 cannot be added afterwards.
