19MnV6 is micro-alloyed bar steel. Vanadium gives strength in the as-rolled condition, so many parts avoid a separate QT.

What it is used for
Shafts and bars to be machined and used without full hardening.
Limits
Not a replacement for 42CrMo4+QT when core and hardness are specified.

We source 19MnV6 from European mill partners as round bar, flat bar, square bar, cut to your dimensions and ship the certificate with the material. Typical condition: as-rolled, often without subsequent QT. From a single cut piece to larger lots — with no minimum charge, so you do not have to buy a full commercial length to get what you need.
Certificates and documentation
19MnV6 can be supplied with a material certificate to EN 10204, depending on producer, dimension and the requirements specified for the delivery. On welded structures it is the analysis, the strength class and — where the standard requires it — the impact toughness that the certificate must show. EN 10204 3.1 can be supplied on a wide range of our materials, and 3.2 is ordered when the project requires third party.
