Heavy shafts and tool holders where 30CrNiMo8 is not specified.
Limits
34CrNiMo6 / 30CrNiMo8 when the section allows it.
Delivery
We source 36NiCrMo16 from European mill partners as round bar, flat bar, square bar, cut to your dimensions and ship the certificate with the material. Typical condition: +QT. From a single cut piece to larger lots — with no minimum charge, so you do not have to buy a full commercial length to get what you need.
Certificates and documentation
36NiCrMo16 can be supplied with a material certificate to EN 10204, depending on producer, dimension and the requirements specified for the delivery. The condition is what the certificate has to carry on 36NiCrMo16: as-rolled, +N and +QT are not the same product, and if a hardness or strength is to be documented in the delivered dimension, the requirement belongs on the enquiry. EN 10204 3.1 can be supplied on a wide range of our materials.
