What it is used for
Wear parts in small sections turned in series.
Limits
C60E when sulphur is not wanted. 50CrMo4 when the section calls for alloying.
Delivery
We source C60R from European mill partners as round bar, flat bar, square bar, cut to your dimensions and ship the certificate with the material. Typical condition: +A, +N or +QT. From a single cut piece to larger lots — with no minimum charge, so you do not have to buy a full commercial length to get what you need.
Certificates and documentation
C60R can be supplied with a material certificate to EN 10204, depending on producer, dimension and the requirements specified for the delivery. The condition is what the certificate has to carry on C60R: as-rolled, +N and +QT are not the same product, and if a hardness or strength is to be documented in the delivered dimension, the requirement belongs on the enquiry. EN 10204 3.1 can be supplied on a wide range of our materials.
