Delivery
We source 1.4110 from European mill partners as round bar, flat bar, plate, cut to your dimensions and ship the certificate with the material. Typical condition: annealed or hardened. Standard: X55CrMo14. Plate is cut by laser, plasma or oxy-fuel to drawing. From a single cut piece to larger lots — with no minimum charge, so you do not have to buy a full commercial length to get what you need.
Certificates and documentation
1.4110 can be supplied with a material certificate to EN 10204, depending on producer, dimension and the requirements specified for the delivery. On stainless, the analysis and the delivery condition are what the certificate shows. If a specific test or an ageing/hardening condition is to be documented, it must be specified before we order. EN 10204 3.1 can be supplied on a wide range of our materials.
Dimension programme
| Form | Range | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Round bar | To order | Annealed or hardened. State Ø and length, and whether the bar must be bright. |
| Flat bar | Cut to order | Flat for knives and instruments. |
| Plate | To order | Cold rolled in 2B or 1D/1E finish to DIN EN ISO 9445. State thickness and finish — we cut blanks by laser, plasma or oxy-fuel to drawing. |
The range is a delivery programme, not a stock statement. Length is cut to your drawing.
