10CrMo9-10 is the heavier Cr-Mo boiler steel. More chromium and molybdenum than 13CrMo4-5.

What it is used for
High-temperature pipe and plate in power and process plants.
Limits
9 % Cr grades (P91) take over in the upper steam range.
Delivery
We source 10CrMo9-10 from European mill partners as round bar, flat bar, square bar, seamless tube, welded tube, cut to your dimensions and ship the certificate with the material. Typical condition: +NT / +QT to standard. From a single cut piece to larger lots — with no minimum charge, so you do not have to buy a full commercial length to get what you need.
Certificates and documentation
10CrMo9-10 can be supplied with a material certificate to EN 10204, depending on producer, dimension and the requirements specified for the delivery. On pressure-bearing material the certificate is part of the product: standard, condition and tests must be on the enquiry, and 3.2 must be agreed before the material is locked at the mill. EN 10204 3.1 can be supplied on a wide range of our materials — 3.2 and third party by project, when the mill can issue it.
