12Ni14 is a 3.5 % nickel low-temperature steel. W.Nr. 1.5637. Toughness is maintained far below what P265NL covers.

What it is used for
Cryogenic pipe, vessels and fittings.
Limits
P215NL / P265NL when nickel is not required. A333 Grade 3 when ASME is the governing standard.
Delivery
We source 12Ni14 from European mill partners as round bar, flat bar, square bar, seamless tube, welded tube, cut to your dimensions and ship the certificate with the material. Typical condition: +N / +NT. From a single cut piece to larger lots — with no minimum charge, so you do not have to buy a full commercial length to get what you need.
Certificates and documentation
12Ni14 can be supplied with a material certificate to EN 10204, depending on producer, dimension and the requirements specified for the delivery. On pressure-bearing material the certificate is part of the product: standard, condition and tests must be on the enquiry, and 3.2 must be agreed before the material is locked at the mill. EN 10204 3.1 can be supplied on a wide range of our materials — 3.2 and third party by project, when the mill can issue it.
