347 / 1.4550 is a niobium-stabilised austenite. Same idea as 321 — a different stabilising element.

What it is used for
Welded parts in heat, often older plant specifications.
Limits
321 when Ti is what the drawing knows. 316L in wet chlorides at low temperature.
Delivery
We source 347 from European mill partners as round bar, plate, flat bar, seamless tube, welded tube, cut to your dimensions and ship the certificate with the material. Typical condition: solution annealed. Standard: X6CrNiNb18-10. From a single cut piece to larger lots — with no minimum charge, so you do not have to buy a full commercial length to get what you need.
Certificates and documentation
347 can be supplied with a material certificate to EN 10204, depending on producer, dimension and the requirements specified for the delivery. On stainless, the analysis and the delivery condition are what the certificate shows. If a specific test or an ageing/hardening condition is to be documented, it must be specified before we order. EN 10204 3.1 can be supplied on a wide range of our materials.
