Delivery
We source 80CrV2 from European mill partners as round bar, flat bar, plate, cut to your dimensions and ship the certificate with the material. Typical condition: soft annealed. From one sawn piece of the block to a series of parts — with no minimum charge.
Certificates and documentation
80CrV2 can be supplied with a material certificate to EN 10204, depending on producer, dimension and the requirements specified for the delivery. Tool steel is bought on W.Nr. and condition, and we write the number on the paper that the mill can carry — not a trade name the certificate does not cover. If a specific delivery hardness is to be documented, it must be on the order. EN 10204 3.1 can be supplied on a wide range of our materials.

The range is a delivery programme, not a stock statement. Length is cut to your drawing.
