Hull and deck where the drawing says AH36.
Limits
DH36 or EH36 when the toughness class is tightened. Grade A when normal strength is sufficient.
Delivery
We source AH36 from European mill partners as plate, flat bar, round bar, cut to your dimensions and ship the certificate with the material. Typical condition: +AR or +N. From a single cut piece to larger lots — with no minimum charge, so you do not have to buy a full commercial length to get what you need.
Certificates and documentation
AH36 can be supplied with a material certificate to EN 10204, depending on producer, dimension and the requirements specified for the delivery. On welded structures it is the analysis, the strength class and — where the standard requires it — the impact toughness that the certificate must show. EN 10204 3.1 can be supplied on a wide range of our materials, and 3.2 is ordered when the project requires third party.
Dimension programme
| Form | Range | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Round bar | Ø40–250 mm | Hot-rolled bar, cut to length. |
| Flat bar | Cut to order | Flat bar. |
| Plate | 6–60 mm thickness | IACS shipbuilding plate. State class if 3.2. |
The range is a delivery programme, not a stock statement. Length is cut to your drawing.
