Alloy 800HT / 1.4959 is the 800 family with both H carbon and Al-Ti control for creep. It is not 321H and not 310S.

What it is used for
Reformers, furnace tube and high-temperature process where HT is stated in the specifications.
Limits
800H / 1.4876 when HT is not required. Alloy 625 when Mo and Nb are needed for corrosion.
Delivery
We source Alloy 800HT from European mill partners as round bar, plate, flat bar, seamless tube, welded tube, cut to your dimensions and ship the certificate with the material. Typical condition: solution annealed. Standard: X8NiCrAlTi32-21. From a single cut piece to larger lots — with no minimum charge, so you do not have to buy a full commercial length to get what you need.
Certificates and documentation
Alloy 800HT can be supplied with a material certificate to EN 10204, depending on producer, dimension and the requirements specified for the delivery. On stainless, the analysis and the delivery condition are what the certificate shows. If a specific test or an ageing/hardening condition is to be documented, it must be specified before we order. EN 10204 3.1 can be supplied on a wide range of our materials.
