What it is used for
Welded structures, plate and bar in E275. Sawn or cut to size with 3.1.
Limits
Switch to a quenched and tempered steel if the part is to be hardened. S690QL when weight has to come down and the welding procedure can keep up.
Delivery
We source E275 from European mill partners as plate, flat bar, round bar, seamless tube, welded tube, cut to your dimensions and ship the certificate with the material. Typical condition: +AR or +N. From a single cut piece to larger lots — with no minimum charge, so you do not have to buy a full commercial length to get what you need.
Certificates and documentation
E275 can be supplied with a material certificate to EN 10204, depending on producer, dimension and the requirements specified for the delivery. On welded structures it is the analysis, the strength class and — where the standard requires it — the impact toughness that the certificate must show. EN 10204 3.1 can be supplied on a wide range of our materials, and 3.2 is ordered when the project requires third party.
Dimension programme
| Form | Range | Note |
|---|---|---|

| Welded tube | DN and wall to standard | State whether hot- or cold-formed. |
The range is a delivery programme, not a stock statement. Length is cut to your drawing.
