E360 / 1.0070 non-alloy structural steel
E360 (St70-2) is older high-strength engineering steel above E335. The strength is there. Weldability is not at S355 level.

What it is used for
Older specifications that still say E360 or St70.
Limits
Ask whether the job is really S355, C45 or 42CrMo4 before we lock in the material.
Delivery
We source E360 from European mill partners as plate, flat bar, round bar, cut to your dimensions and ship the certificate with the material. Typical condition: +AR or +N. From a single cut piece to larger lots — with no minimum charge, so you do not have to buy a full commercial length to get what you need.
Certificates and documentation
E360 can be supplied with a material certificate to EN 10204, depending on producer, dimension and the requirements specified for the delivery. On welded structures it is the analysis, the strength class and — where the standard requires it — the impact toughness that the certificate must show. EN 10204 3.1 can be supplied on a wide range of our materials, and 3.2 is ordered when the project requires third party.
