P275NL1 is fine-grain pressure vessel steel with toughness at low temperature. Lower strength class than P355NL1.

What it is used for
Vessels where 275 MPa and an NL1 certificate are what the calculation requires.
Limits
P275NH when elevated temperature governs. P355NL1 when strength has to go up.
Delivery
We source P275NL1 from European mill partners as plate, flat bar, round bar, cut to your dimensions and ship the certificate with the material. Typical condition: +N / +NT. From a single cut piece to larger lots — with no minimum charge, so you do not have to buy a full commercial length to get what you need.
Certificates and documentation
P275NL1 can be supplied with a material certificate to EN 10204, depending on producer, dimension and the requirements specified for the delivery. On pressure-bearing material the certificate is part of the product: standard, condition and tests must be on the enquiry, and 3.2 must be agreed before the material is locked at the mill. EN 10204 3.1 can be supplied on a wide range of our materials — 3.2 and third party by project, when the mill can issue it.
