S235JRC is S235 for bright bar to EN 10277. The C indicates cold-drawn or peeled finish — same strength class, different surface.

What it is used for
Bright round, flat and square bar when the tolerance is h9/h11 and S235 is enough.
Limits
S355J2C when strength has to go up in bright bar. S235JR when it is hot-rolled bar or plate.
Delivery
We source S235JRC from European mill partners as plate, flat bar, round bar, cut to your dimensions and ship the certificate with the material. Typical condition: +AR or +N. From a single cut piece to larger lots — with no minimum charge, so you do not have to buy a full commercial length to get what you need.
Certificates and documentation
S235JRC can be supplied with a material certificate to EN 10204, depending on producer, dimension and the requirements specified for the delivery. On welded structures it is the analysis, the strength class and — where the standard requires it — the impact toughness that the certificate must show. EN 10204 3.1 can be supplied on a wide range of our materials, and 3.2 is ordered when the project requires third party.
